Professional Experience:

In 1991 she began her professional career within the Tax Division at Espiñeira, Sheldon &Asociados (PriceWaterhouse Coopers), where she gained positions and was appointed manager in 1996. She gained further experience in the Tax Division at the Law Firm  Romero-Muci&Asociados (Andersen Legal) where she worked as Manager until 2002, when she became partner of the Tax Division at Cifuentes, Lemus &Asociados, She has extensive experience in consulting on national and municipal taxes, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, tax audits and due diligence, in local and multinational clients.
She has been a participant in international and local conferences on taxation and senior management, among others: Negotiation, Universidad de La Salle, Argentina, 1999; Transition for Manager, Latin American Cross Border Seminar and Latin American Partner Principal Manager, Arthur Andersen, 1999-2000; Double Taxation, UNIMET, 2001; Transfer Prices, Caribbean International University, 2002; International Taxation: Baker & McKenzie (2007); Harvard Model, Cambridge International Consulting, 2009; Amicorp, Barcelona (2009); IFA Annual Congress (Argentina 2005, Brussels 2008, Paris 2011); Latin American Days ILADT (2008-2010); III Latin American Regional Meeting IFA 2011, Colombia.Currently working in the consulting area of that Division. She also pursues the following activities:
