{"id":517,"date":"2026-10-21T09:04:06","date_gmt":"2026-10-21T13:04:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.moore-venezuela.com\/?p=517"},"modified":"2026-10-21T09:42:39","modified_gmt":"2026-10-21T13:42:39","slug":"exoneracion-de-islr-para-cooperativas-con-fuente-territorial-obtenidos-por-las-asociaciones-cooperativas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.moore-venezuela.com\/en\/exoneracion-de-islr-para-cooperativas-con-fuente-territorial-obtenidos-por-las-asociaciones-cooperativas\/","title":{"rendered":"Exoneraci\u00f3n de\u00a0ISLR\u00a0para cooperativas con fuente territorial, obtenidos por las Asociaciones Cooperativas\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Gaceta Oficial N\u00ba 43.475 de fecha 07 de octubre de 2026, fue publicado el Decreto Presidencial N\u00b0 5.442 de fecha 07 de octubre de 2026, mediante el cual se exoneran del pago del Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISLR), los enriquecimientos netos gravables de fuente territorial, obtenidos por las Asociaciones Cooperativas, constituidas conforme a las disposiciones establecidas en el Decreto con Fuerza de Ley Especial de Asociaciones Cooperativas (<strong>art\u00edculo 1<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el <strong>art\u00edculo 2<\/strong>, &nbsp;a los fines del disfrute del beneficio establecido en este Decreto, las Asociaciones Cooperativas deber\u00e1n realizar la actualizaci\u00f3n del Registro \u00danico de Informaci\u00f3n Fiscal (RIF), para la cual deben presentar el Certificado del Cumplimiento vigente, emitido por la Superintendencia Nacional de Cooperativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los beneficiarios de la exoneraci\u00f3n establecida en el art\u00edculo 1\u00b0 de este Decreto, Beben presentar la declaraci\u00f3n anual de los enriquecimientos netos globales gravados y exonerados, seg\u00fan corresponda, en los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones que establece el Reglamento de la Ley de Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISLR) (<strong>art\u00edculo 5<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El plazo de duraci\u00f3n del beneficio de exoneraci\u00f3n establecido en este Decreto ser\u00e1 de un (1) a\u00f1o, prorrogable por un periodo igual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La exoneraci\u00f3n aqu\u00ed prevista, se aplicar\u00e1 al ejercicio fiscal que se encuentre en curso al entrar en vigencia de este Decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este Decreto entrar\u00e1 en vigencia a partir de la fecha de publicaci\u00f3n en la Gaceta Oficial de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Ver Gaceta Oficial<a href=\"https:\/\/www.moore-venezuela.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2025\/12\/g.o_43.206.pdf\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moore-venezuela.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2026\/10\/2026_Octubre_g.o_43.475.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.moore-venezuela.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2026\/10\/2026_Octubre_g.o_43.475.pdf\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En Gaceta Oficial N\u00ba 43.475 de fecha 07 de octubre de 2026, fue publicado el Decreto Presidencial N\u00b0 5.442 de fecha 07 de octubre de 2026, mediante el cual se exoneran del pago del Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISLR), los enriquecimientos netos gravables de fuente territorial, obtenidos por las Asociaciones Cooperativas, constituidas conforme a las [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":518,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[18],"tags":[],"location":[],"class_list":["post-517","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticia"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
