Bio
Maffalda has been part of Moore Venezuela / Cifuentes, Lemus, Monahan & Asociados since 1991 and, since 1997, has served as Tax Partner and member of the Firm's Executive Committee. Her extensive experience covers national and municipal taxes, double taxation agreements, corporate reorganizations, transfer pricing, and specialized services for family businesses.
She began her professional career in 1989 in the banking sector and, after joining the Firm, quickly rose through the ranks to become Manager of the Tax Division.Currently, in addition to her role as Tax Partner, she leads Human Capital Management and Professional Developmentactively collaborating with Marketing and Communications Management to strengthen the organizational culture and project the institutional identity.
