Since joining the Firm in 2022, Carlos Aguiló has brought a strategic and transformative vision to the area of Innovation and New Business. With more than a decade of experience driving entrepreneurship and technology projects, he has established himself as one of the leading exponents of innovation in Venezuela.
His career includes having been Co-CEO of Wave Tech Hub (2021-2024) and founder of ECOEM, a digital business accelerator created in 2014. Recognized by the magazine Manager as one of the 100 Managers of Venezuela (2017)Carlos combines leadership, creativity, and knowledge to support companies and entrepreneurs in transformation processes.
At Moore Venezuela, he works as a consultant in design thinking, foresight, and agile management of innovation projects, providing methodologies that generate impact and sustainable value.
